RESULTS OF HEAT-FLO'S 2022 ISO 9001:2015 AUDIT

                Heat-flo had a recertification audit of its ISO 9001:2015 quality system on August 30th. This type of audit is completed by an outside auditor and involves reviewing the quality system and how effective it is at maintaining a strict quality control program from start to finish. The quality control program includes all facts of the business from order entry to shipping, and receipt of raw material through all production processes. The auditors systematically went through all of our quality control procedures to make certain that our program and practices met or exceeded the written ISO standard thus assuring Heat-flo produces high quality products. The auditors found no issues with the system or our processes. In the executive summary portion of the audit, it was mentioned that “Heat-Flo continues to maintain and improve a highly effective quality management system.” Quality is an essential part of our culture, and it really comes right from the top as the owner has embraced our slogan and encourages everyone to continue "Raising the Standard"!

Heat-flo would also like to take the time to thank our Quality Manager Bob, his hard work throughout the year has ensured that Heat-flo continues to excel at our ISO audits. We would also like to thank the members of our staff in inventory, all steps of production, and office management for their dedication to producing a quality product and keeping this company running smoothly.
